1. We are imperfect people serving a perfect God. There may be hypocrisy, but that isn’t widespread here. More directly we are people who have weakness and make mistakes. Help us help you. 
2. It’s okay to doubt and ask questions. In fact, we beg of you to ask questions here. This is a safe space and we want to know what’s on your mind and heart. We can’t serve you effectively until we know what you need.

Are you encouraging your young people to ask you questions? If they aren’t asking you, they are asking their friends, or Google… I can promise you that isn’t what we want!

Develop a culture, and individually an attitude, that says, “Ask me any question you want, and I will try to answer it…”
